FAQS

If I'm a student, how do I get in touch with you?

Welcome aboard! For any current students please email support@futurecourses.com.au and your tutor will be in touch right away.

Can I enrol through the website?

We want to make sure that you have chosen the right course for your goals so we have an initial phone call with a course advisor before enrolment. You can then enrol with them on the phone. To speak to a course advisor please click the button top right on our website.

Is there an option to view course before enrolling?

Yes! All of our enrolments come with a two day satisfaction guarantee. That means you log-in and have 2 days to decide if the course is for you.

How long do I get access to my course?

You get 2 years access to your course. If you need more time and are actively studying we will happily increase this to ensure you have enough time.

Are your courses funded by the government?

No, our courses are not government funded. We do make paying simple and affordable through our interest free payment plans however. Depending on your course they can start at just $25 a week.

What computer skills do I need for my course?

You do need a basic level of computer skills but nothing specialised. We recommend knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook. You tutor can help you of course if you are struggling in a certain area.

Are you courses interactive?

Yes all of our courses have been designed so that they have interactive learning styles. This makes learning a lot easier and more engaging.

Are there assessments in the courses?

Yes, you will be required to complete a self-assessment quiz that includes both single and multiple-choice questions. You will be able to attempt this test as many times as you require, however you will need to receive a 100% score by answering all the answers correctly. This is to ensure you have read and understood all your resource/learning pages.

How long does a course take?

Each course is different but they generally are marked by hours. Majority of our courses range from 200 – 400 hours. This works out to be roughly 6 months doing 10 hours a week. You get access for up to 2 years though so if you are working full time you can do the course at your own pace.

Does the Future Careers program come with every course?

Yes it does. Our goal is future outcomes and a big part of that is helping you after you studies and teaching you relevant modules to your individual situation. Get in touch with your tutor to start that program or enrol with a course advisor if not a current student.

Are there any entry requirements for the course?

Our courses are suitable for anyone with the motivation to improve, upskill or reskill. All you need is a computer, laptop, tablet or phone and away you go. You do not need prior qualifications or “pre-requisites” to complete any of our online courses
